To most other countries it can take up to 5 weeks.
Many of our items are shipped Internationally and directly from our suppliers. Shipping times vary; we aim to process and ship your order within 3-5 working days, and delivery can be 15-35 working days. However, based on our experience, the average time for worldwide shipping is only 20 days. Sometimes there may be delays due to the shipping carrier or international customs sorting.

Cobra Jewelry is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees and duties must be paid by the parcel recipient.
When you order multiple products, the orders can come from different suppliers In this case, it could happen that you will receive your products in different packages and at different times to ensure as fast a delivery as possible for each item.

What Is Your Refund Policy?
CobraJewelry has a 10 day refund policy for all orders except Free items placed through cobrajewelry.com. Free items are not returnable or exchangeable. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, simply contact us for return instructions and a refund. Please note we can only accept returns that are unopened and unused.
